Philippe PATRICE
Chief Executive Officer, Co-Founder

Prior to be appointed CEO in 2010, Philippe, co-founder of the company, started to manage Business Development activities,  before becoming Managing Director in 2008.
Graduate from Polytechnique Marseille engineering school, Philippe began his career in EDF, and hold several position during 10 years in Gemplus, where he has managed Advance R&D team.

Michael ZAFRANY
Chief Operating Officer

Michael joined the company in January 2009 as R&D Director, and has been appointed COO in September 2009
Before SPS, Michael worked for Gemalto during 13 years, as R&D Contacless Manager where Michael developed the first Dual-interface card manufacturing process, and then as Progam & Industrial Strategy Manager.
Michael holds a Ph.D. in Material Science from INSA Toulouse and an Executive MBA from HEC, Paris.

Guillaume FRAISSIGNES
Chief Financial Officer

Guillaume joined SPS in September 2011 as CFO after holding the CFO position of Kenzo Parfums, a subsidiary of the LVMH group, during six years.
Previously, Guillaume managed various Finance and Controlling positions within LVMH & Valeo groups, including a one year appointment in India to implement a joint venture.
He began his career in 1994 as an auditor at Price Waterhouse.
Guillaume is a graduate from ESCP, a leading business school in Paris.

Olivier BRUNET
Product Director, Co-Founder

Olivier, Co-Founder of the company, started as R&D Director at SPS, before holded the Program Management division, and then Product Division.
Before SPS, he managed several projects at Gemplus, in the R&D department, where he worked during 11 years.
Olivier is a graduate from INSA engineering school in Lyon, France.

Ivan PEYTAVIN
Sales & Marketing Director for West Europe, America & Oceania, Co-Founder

After cofounding SPS in 2003, Ivan took over the responsibility of the R&D for the contactless platforms, then in 2006 he was in charge of the business development around the contactless solutions. Prior to SPS, he worked for 5 years in Gemalto in the R&D technology department around the contactless and microelectronic packaging activities. He began his Career with the subsidiary of IBM (Montpellier Technologies), where he successfully started up production lines of smart card modules. Ivan is a graduate from Polytechnique Montpellier engineering school.

Stephane SEMORI
Sales & Marketing Director for Africa, Middle East and Asia

Stephane was previously RFID Research & Development Manager, in charge of the development of new contactless products.
Prior joining SPS in 2003, he spent 4 years in Gemalto as R&D and Quality engineer.
Stéphane is a graduate from Toulon University, and holds an engineer degree in Materials Science.

Philippe LAURI
Sales & Marketing Director for France, Central & Eastern Europe, Russia & CIS.

Philippe was previously Business Development Manager, in charge of Sales & Marketing for New Products Introduction.
Prior joining SPS in 2006, he spent 12 years in Gemalto as Competitive Intelligence Manager, leading this activity for Strategy and Intellectual Property departments.
Philippe is a graduate from Aix-Marseille University, and has a PhD in Communication & Information Technology.
